The work on the bedrooms comprised of the demolition of 60 bathrooms within existing guest bedrooms and the subsequent re-building and fitting out of new bathrooms. At the same time the bedrooms had air conditioning added and a new soft furnishings package including, decoration, carpets, curtains, throws and light fittings. All existing case goods were retained and repolished.
