The project comprised of the total refurbishment and re-branding of the existing restaurant. This included full decoration, floors, electrical, specialist lighting, fire alarm, sprinklers, floor finishes, window dressings and furniture. The restaurant closed during the works which enabled project completion in 4 weeks. Site restrictions required specific works to be carried out outside normal working hours.

Durring the same period 4 number bedroom suites were also refurbished including full electrical re-wire, addition of cat 5 cabling, decoration, floor finishes, case goods, lounge furniture, soft furnishings, bathrooms etc.
